Lisa Baird
Lisa joined Spirit Factory in 2016, became a part-owner in 2017, and currently serves as Managing Partner. Over the years, Lisa has always been involved with customer service, sales, and training because she is energized by helping others. She implements research on Spirit Factory clients’ behalf to find the highest quality products that fit within their timeline and budget. Hitting deadlines while making clients happy is always her goal! When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her enjoying time with her family.
Philip Baird
Since 2012, Philip has managed all-things business development for Spirit Factory. He brainstorms with clients to solve problems, provide value and ensure they select high-quality products that will stay relevant for years to come. He’s worked in business development and innovation since college. Philip enjoys helping drive positive results and creative problem-solving. When he’s not at work, Philip enjoys hanging with his family and playing pool.
Hadley Knudsen
Hadley admired Spirit Factory from afar before she was asked to join the team in 2022. As an Account Specialist, she works hard to make the intimidating wholesale products process run as smoothly as possible. With a background in healthcare and nursing, she has always loved helping people, and as an account specialist, she loves helping clients succeed. She ensures products turn out precisely how clients envision them. When she’s not working, Hadley can be found reading a fiction novel, practicing yoga, playing a game of pickleball or simply folding laundry with her family.
Ashley Brogan
Ashley is an Account Specialist who helps simplify the process of choosing, designing, and ordering products for clients. With a background in healthcare and management, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to the Spirit Factory team and its customers.
As a member of a military aviation family, she's also a proud mom of identical twin boys. In her spare time, she’s pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and occasionally gets to enjoy immersing herself in a cozy coffee shop, reading a good book, or having new adventures with her family.
Krysta Baird
A part-owner since 2020, Krysta and her marketing team bring 20+ years of award-winning design and marketing management experience in support of Spirit Factory and it’s customers. Knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of industries, her specialties include performance marketing, planning, design, brand management, and making sure Spirit Factory’s products and services meet customer’s needs. When she’s not working, she's raising teenagers and helping her husband run several other business ventures.
Hannah Bunch
Hannah is both parts operations wizard and visual artist. With a bachelor’s in Fine Arts and a Master's in Nonprofit & Civic Leadership—she understands business. Hannah manages key marketing and communications efforts through planning and writing strategic content for integrated campaigns, corporate communications and more. When she’s not working or painting, you can find Hannah lounging outside with her cat, her friends, or both.
