  • Spirit Factory offers transparent, all-inclusive pricing for all trade show and conference products. Share your idea, budget and timeline with us and we will work to find the best items to suit your team’s vision. If you require design services, we can incorporate our in-house design team service fee into the upfront pricing, so you will know the final cost from the get-go.

  • If you have a design you’d like to use—great! If not, no problem. You are welcome to work with our in-house team of designers to create a design that works for your tradeshow. This will be included in the up-front pricing so you can plan accordingly.

  • To start an order with Spirit Factory, call us or submit a quote request. If you’re not sure exactly what kind of product you’d like to order, no problem! Our team can work with you to determine which products might match your timeline, purpose and budget.

  • While the time will vary depending on the product and quantity, generally most products can be received in 3-5 weeks after proof approval. Sometimes we can rush them to meet tighter deadlines!
