Lisa joined Spirit Factory in 2016, became a part-owner in 2017, and currently serves as Managing Partner. Over the years, Lisa has always been involved with customer service, sales, and training because she is energized by helping others. She implements research on Spirit Factory clients’ behalf to find the highest quality products that fit within their timeline and budget. Hitting deadlines while making clients happy is always her goal! When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her enjoying time with her family.

Since 2012, Philip has managed all-things business development for Spirit Factory. He brainstorms with clients to solve problems, provide value and ensure they select high-quality products that will stay relevant for years to come. He’s worked in business development and innovation since college. Philip enjoys helping drive positive results and creative problem-solving. When he’s not at work, Philip enjoys hanging with his family and playing pool.

Ashley joined the Spirit Factory team full-time in 2023. As the Operations Manager, she oversees daily operations, streamlines workflow, and ensures every client order runs smoothly from concept to completion. With a strong background in healthcare and management, she brings exceptional organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills to the Spirit Factory team and its customers.
Ashley graduated in 2025 with a degree in Business Analytics and is a member of the military aviation community. She’s a proud mom of three young boys and loves spending weekends with her family, exploring new places and creating lasting memories together.

Hadley was asked to join the team in 2022. As an Account Specialist, she works hard to make the intimidating wholesale products process run as smoothly as possible. With a background in healthcare and nursing, she has always loved helping people, and as an account specialist, she loves helping clients succeed. She ensures products turn out precisely how clients envision them. When she’s not working, Hadley can be found chasing around her two toddlers or getting brunch some friends.

Alexis joined Spirit Factory team as an Account Specialist in 2025. With a background in social work, she loves to build meaningful connections and understands client perspectives, which helps deliver the perfect product. Her passion for discovering the latest trends, both professionally and personally, is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role as an Account Specialist. She takes great pride in helping clients to ensure their vision comes to life in every detail.
Alexis enjoys spending quality time with her family, going for runs, and playing tennis.

Elizabeth is an Account Specialist at Spirit Factory. She graduated from Oral Roberts University in May 2014 with a B.S. in Communications and a minor in Business. Elizabeth's career has always centered around helping businesses build their brands and connect with their audiences—from working directly with local business owners on customized advertising strategies to later specializing in social media, branding, and content strategy. Now, she brings that experience to a new area of marketing, helping businesses bring their brands to life through custom promotional products. Elizabeth chose Spirit Factory for its exceptional, people-first team and its personal, creative approach to finding the right solution for every customer. Outside of work, she loves traveling, volunteering, and living life to the fullest with her husband and three children.

Meet Emma Harp, Account Specialist at Spirit Factory! She graduated from Missouri State University in May 2026 with a degree in Marketing Management. Before joining Spirit Factory, Emma spent four years at Hy-Vee, working her way up to Aisles Online Service Manager. She also had the chance to work alongside Spirit Factory at the DECA ICDC event, which gave her a firsthand look at the company and its team. Emma chose Spirit Factory because she knew it was a place where her strengths would be valued and supported, and she was excited to join a team where she could use her background in marketing and customer service while continuing to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships with customers. In her free time, Emma loves traveling, playing tennis, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.

A part-owner since 2020, Krysta and her marketing team bring 20+ years of award-winning design and marketing management experience in support of Spirit Factory and it’s customers. Knowledgeable and experienced in a variety of industries, her specialties include performance marketing, planning, design, brand management, and making sure Spirit Factory’s products and services meet customer’s needs. When she’s not working, she's raising teenagers and helping her husband run several other business ventures.
