Yes. The cubes passed all applicable requirements under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008, including total lead content in substrate materials, phthalates content, and CPSC tracking label requirements for children's products.

Yes. Testing was conducted against ASTM F963-23, the current standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety, covering physical and mechanical tests, flammability, and toxicology — all passed.

The product carries a manufacturer label of ages 12 and above, with a choking hazard warning for children under 3. Yes — all per-unit pricing includes a one-color, one-location imprint on the outside of the cube. Inside printing or heat stamp is an additional $120 per order. Minimum quantities apply.

Standard pad print puts your logo on the outside surface — clean and cost-effective.
Heat Stamp is the most durable option we offer. Heat stamp embossing uses heat to press your logo directly into the gel so it won't fade, peel, or scratch off — and since the $120 setup fee is flat for the entire order, the more you order, the better the value.

Due to the soft, sensory nature of squishy cube products, printed decoration may naturally wear, fade, crack, or peel over time with repeated squeezing, stretching, and handling. This is considered normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect. By approving this order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the print's expected durability limitations.
